Visit the Bozeman Cottage and experience Montana in a relaxing, restored century-old brick home. Listed on the National Historic Register,
this 2-bedroom home sports a pleasantly comfortable collection of tasteful
antiques, hearty houseplants, hardwood floors and sunny colors. The
inside is fully equipped with all the touches of home and foresight to
provide everything you'll need, just where you would expect to find it.
The dining room has 10-foot ceilings and a toasty new cast iron free-standing gas fireplace.
This house is proudly run on 100% biofuel for heating, and
green energy for electric needs, eliminating approximately 8.1 tons of CO2
emissions per year. See renewable energy page for more information.
Each bedroom has a plush new bed that will have you
sleeping like at home & plenty of closet space. With the queen, front
bedroom located off the living room (above) and the king, back bedroom off
of the dining room, there is plenty of privacy between the bedrooms.
In all, the house is about 1200 square feet of old style hidden rooms with a
pantry and a large old farm-style kitchen sink. Of course, there is a
coffee maker (coffee beans and grinder provided), microwave and all
the appliances you'd need.

You can have this conveniently located cottage complete with its large,
private yard all to yourself and enjoy it from the back yard hot tub or the
swing on the front porch. The fenced yard has great shade trees, vegetable
gardens for your use, and lots of flower gardens as well as a hammock,
picnic table, patio, bbq, croquet set, etc. There are even 4
free-ranging wild and entertaining chickens - you get to collect the eggs! If you don't feel like relaxing, take a spin on
the bicycles or cross-country skis provided for maximum enjoyment of our
beautiful surroundings!
Plan your visit to coincide with my edible landscape:
raspberries & pie cherries are late July-mid Aug,
vegetables are late Aug, lettuce/herbs start in late June, apples
are in
late Aug-Sept. Best flowers are in May & June.

Located 5 blocks from Main Street on an extra wide tree-lined street,
this home is within walking distance to Bozeman's attractions and numerous
trails (2 old mtn bikes provided!). A short drive lands you in the mountains for fishing, hiking, skiing or just
plain relaxing. The Bohart Guest House is just 8 miles from Bozeman's airport,
16 miles from Bridger Bowl ski area and 50 miles from Big Sky Ski & Summer
Resort . Yellowstone Park is a beautiful 90-minute drive away.

"Hello Paul,
We enjoyed our stay very much. After a night in a hotel in Cody we are
missing the wonderful comfort of the house. When returning to Bozeman I will
definitely stay at the house. I will also tell anyone planning a trip to the
area about the wonderful place to stay.
Thanks again for a wonderful time in Bozeman.
Regards, Tommy"
