"Bohart Guest House is a perfect home away from home. My
husband and I have done a fair amount of traveling, and we've never felt
more comfortable in a vacation home. The owner's attention to detail and
eclectic decorating style made it especially enjoyable! The Cottage is
centrally located in Bozeman, within easy walking distance of many shops and
restaurants, and yet it's on a quiet, residential street. The hot tub was an
added bonus. I strongly recommend Bohart Guest House to anyone who visits Big
Sky country!"

"Hi Paul--Just wanted to thank you
again for a wonderful visit! All my years there, and I didn't know
about you and your rentals, but I'm glad I do now."

Historic Bohart
Guest House
On the national historic
register
this cottage-style house is like
coming home to Grandma's. With nine years of guest house
operation built in, this house is one of the longest running rentals in town.
It is also a high tech green home with a
renewable energy water heating system
utilizing
solar hot water, state of the art vegetable oil-fired boiler, and high
efficiency gas water heater for backup. This system heats all the hot
tap water in the house, the hot water baseboards and radiators, and even the hot tub.
Using locally harvested, used vegetable oil for biofuel to heat the house and green energy tags for all the
electricity results in a carbon neutral home.
The garage is also home to vegetable oil filtering, which I use
in place of diesel fuel and heating oil. See
link
above.

10 minutes to Bozeman on the Gallatin River

"Some friends and I came up in
early January for an outing filled with skiing and good times. The cabin was
way better than the pictures show. If anyone is thinking about taking a trip to
Montana or the Bozeman area, the Lucky Dog Lodge is the place to stay.
Everything was awesome about it. The pricing was also exceptional. Hope you can
have a good time there like I did!"

Lucky Dog Lodge,
LLC
10 min. W of
Bozeman, West Gallatin River access out the back door!
Featured as Log Home of the Month, March 2005, LogHomeBuilders.org
Family
Reunion Headquarters
Magnificent 3-story lodge with 6 bedrooms and 5 baths right along the West
Gallatin River. Spacious & open main floor, bedrooms on top two
floors. Hot tub, outdoor sauna, radiant heat, full kitchen, W/D, phone,
wireless internet, satellite TV w/stereo, walking distance to Bozeman Hot Springs & Spa. Sleeps 4 to 16. Priced according to size of group. River
Bend Cabin is nearby for even larger groups.
The most common comment we receive about the Lodge is
that its size is much larger than expected. These photos try to capture
the size and grandeur of the place, but nothing seems to adequately describe it
or prepare our guests for the shock they experience the first time they set foot
in the Lodge. You just have to come and see for yourself. Be sure to
check out the
reviews our guests have posted, too!

article from the Bozeman Daily Chronicle
detailing the history and construction of the Lucky Dog Lodge.

We absolutely loved the River Bend house. I miss the sound of the Gallatin
running by, seeing the deer down by the river in the morning, sipping a cold
beer in the hot tub after skiing, and cooking out on the grill most nights! It
was a wonderful haven for the kids to visit for dinners each night and let us
grandparents cuddle with the baby while they ate dinner in peace! Thanks for
making this place available and full of all the comforts. We'll be back!"

"There are 3 words that we feel describe this cottage perfectly. Quaint,
cozy and convenient. We felt like we were tucked away far from town yet we
were just a short walk to downtown Bozeman. The futon bed was honestly
extremely plush and comfortable!! How comfortable the futon bed was going to
be, was something we were a bit worried about prior to our arrival. For us
this was a great place to stay to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary. A
very cozy and romantic cottage."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Spring
Creek house. It was so comfortable and spacious and the kids really loved the
big yard! The house was very well set up with everything we could possibly
need and the instructions on everything was a huge help. We've stayed in
several houses over the past few summers and it's little things like that that
make a big difference in being comfortable in a strange house. Please give the
owners our best regards and thank you Paul, for all your help in making our
vacation a really nice one!"
- Anne,
July 2006, Pheonix, Arizona
"Hi Paul:
I wanted to tell you that the Spring Creek house was wonderful in every way!
It met our needs perfectly and we were so impressed by the thoughtfulness of
the owners with their notes and graciousness. So thanks a lot for helping us
have a very successful, fun celebration in Bozeman last weekend. We told
lots of people to keep it in mind for their family get-togethers."
- Donna, Dec 2004
We came
from all over and arrived to a huge, well-laid-out place. It was easy to
find everything that we needed. After getting over the size, we settled in
and made good use of the games. Everyone was thrilled with the sports court
and we spent quite a bit of time down there. It really was a great place and
we'd love to come back again. This place has an awesome view!

Spring Creek
House
Beautifully furnished five-bedroom home with a
private setting yet still just minutes from downtown, MSU, and the Museum of
the Rockies. Great for vacationers, wedding groups, or for visiting professors or business people with
intermittent housing needs in the Bozeman area.
The house is very comfortable and spacious, with great views and
an awesome acre of a backyard, which has a bridge over a small spring-fed
creek, outdoor seating, and room for games. Many of the rooms lead out to the
expansive deck, with lovely plantings in season, a porch swing, plenty of
chairs, mountain views, and high-country air.
The house sleeps 12+ people, but it is also quite comfortable for 2 people
using just the entry level floor. There are five bedrooms, on two levels, with additional futon and
sofa bed sleeping in the living room and family room. (Use link for full
details.) Cribs and toddler equipment are on hand. All linens and towels are
provided.
Believe it or not, there’s even an indoor sports court, for
racquetball/handball, with a basketball hoop and hooks for a
badminton/volleyball net (Racquets provided). The kitchen is
extremely well-equipped, including a double oven. The house also has a gas
grill, a second refrigerator, washer/dryer, wireless internet access, two
cable TVs, DVDs, VCRs, piano, a wood-burning fireplace with wood supply, and a
large garage and mud room, as well as additional off-street parking.
The house sits on the edge of a lovely, quiet neighborhood and has a
shallow spring creek running through the backyard, with flower gardens, a
raspberry patch, and outdoor seating with benches and a creekside table.
There’s plenty of room for family games of croquet, badminton, volleyball, and
Frisbee.

"This was just a lovely place for us to gather for a family reunion.
We appreciated so much your attention to detail and the availability of
basic kitchen supplies and appliances ... Even with the rainy (and snowy)
weather we had plenty of room to spread out for privacy and also come
together for family gatherings. Thank you so much. This will be added to our
wonderful vacation memories that family members have all carried since
childhood. Cathy" June 2008

life.
It comes fully equipped with a modern kitchen, antique furniture,
