The Peach House is an extensively and beautifully
remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bath home on Bozeman's north side, close to a 2-block city
park, a 3-block open field, a short walk to downtown Main Street (5 blocks
away), and even closer to the seasonal Saturday Farmers' Market at the
Fairgrounds.
The house measures 1200 square feet, but in addition to that is a large
breezeway with a hot tub and space to park bicycles, and a very large, private
back deck with flowers, garden beds and fire pit and gas bbq grill. It has
off-street parking under a covered roof in the driveway (just to the left of the
photos above), and more parking along the side street. The outdoor space
is landscaped with perennial flower beds and the front yard has huge shade trees
in addition to the full size trees along the street.
With hardwood floors throughout the main floor, and tile in the
kitchen, extensive remodeling has made the house extremely attractive, as the
pictures show. Pluses include nice antique furniture, extra large slate
shower, high speed wireless internet access, a new flatscreen tv with cable
and a home theatre system.
Hi Paul,
We enjoyed staying at the Peach house, much better than hoteling it! The
house was everything you said it was.

Comments or Suggestions:
Dear Paul,
We loved the Peach Cottage! It was exactly as you described it
on your website. The house was lovely (I was very impressed with the
renovations) and we were pleased to find the deck out back where we enjoyed
drinking our wine in the evenings. We walked to the Saturday market and the
restaurants down on Main Street. Also, it was very convenient to MSU, and
we could quickly get there for family orientation by car. And while
Peach Street is a bit busier than some of the other streets nearby, we never
had a problem sleeping at night, even with the windows open. I was please
to be in a house that was environmentally friendly, and the compost bucket
in the kitchen was nice to see. I would definitely recommend staying at
Peach Tree House over any hotel, and if we come back for any extended stays,
we will contact you. I would love to try your other houses too. ......
Thanks again for everything,
Beth

Kitchen with blue marble backsplash, concrete countertops, large sink with
disposal, side-by-side fridge with water and ice in the door, microwave, coffee
maker (and coffee of course!), dishwasher and flattop cooking range which serves
as counter space. The washer/dryer are downstairs in the 2nd bathroom with
large, tiled laundry room.

Kitchen has tile floor,
living room
has narrow gauge oak which is very rare. Four-person kitchen table with pull out leaves,
bar stools for the tall
island, nice window shades and all new windows. We installed a large solar tube
light over the kitchen which provides great amounts of natural light. The
house also has a solar
powered attic fan to keep the house much cooler in summer.
Other energy efficiency features include an on-demand hot water heater that
never runs out, extra insulation all around, hot water heated floors in the
kitchen and shower, and full weatherization to keep the house cool in summer and
warm in winter. Downstairs there is a large wood stove which heats the
entire house for $50 energy bills all through the winter (gas & electric!).
There is an efficient gas forced air furnace as well.
Looking into 2nd bedroom with queen size bed
Bathroom with shower addition, walnut 2" door, slate and tile

King size (new, high end mattress set). The only item not included in the
sale is this king bed frame which is homemade and has sentimental value. A
metal bed frame will be provided and buyer provides a headboard at their own
expense.
For summer, there is a tower fan if it's warm enough to have the windows open
at night.
Located at the NW corner of Peach & Grand. Peach is a semi-through
street so there is traffic during
the morning, noon, and afternoon rush hours - most people are probably used to
this amount of traffic if coming from a city, but all renters should know that
this house is not tucked away in a quiet corner. Driveway is just to the left of each photo
at the top of this page, with large breezeway where the hot tub lives.
