"Bohart Guest House is a perfect home away from home. My husband and I have done a fair amount of traveling, and we've never felt more comfortable in a vacation home. The owner's attention to detail and eclectic decorating style made it especially enjoyable! The Cottage is centrally located in Bozeman, within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants, and yet it's on a quiet, residential street. The hot tub was an added bonus. I strongly recommend Bohart Guest House to anyone who visits Big Sky country!"

Hi Paul, We have had a wonderful time!  The loft is beautiful and spacious-- perfect for our needs.  Below is a quick little review that we typed up for y'all.  I really hope to return to Bozeman and stay with Richard and Mary Ann again!

We had wonderful eight-day stay at Mary Ann and Richard's studio loft.  The studio loft is equipped with everything you could need.  It is like a hotel with a fully stocked kitchen and much more personality and charm.  Because pots and pans, plates, silverware, and even herbs and spices are at your disposal, you have the choice to stay in and cook, or enjoy Bozeman's vibrant restaurant scene.  The studio loft is only a short 5 minute walk to Main St., the heart of Bozeman's historic downtown.  Mary Ann and Richard were happy to offer recommendations for things to do in the Bozeman area, places to eat, and even places to buy groceries.  They were accommodating and accessible hosts, but took a lot of care to make sure we had privacy.  When we return to the Bozeman area, we hope to stay here again.
Thanks again,
Lisbeth  July 2011

Thank you for making our stay in Bozeman so enjoyable. The Legends townhome was spotless and fully furnished when we arrived even including bath, kitchen and laundry products. Appliances are high end and the decor is very well done. Bozeman Cottage did an excellent job of communicating with us prior to our arrival from North Carolina and everything about the property was exactly as advertised. Bozeman is a beautiful town and we thoroughly enjoy visiting our son and his family who live in Bozeman. The Farmers Market and Music on Main were typical of events that make Bozeman so unique. I also enjoyed the golf courses in and around Bozeman. We look forward to our next visit and will certainly contact Bozeman Cottage for our future reservations..   July 2011

"We enjoyed our stay at the Lindley Cottage!  We usually always stay someplace different every time, but we would stay at Lindley Cottage again.  We had a great time overall in Bozeman and skiing.  Kudos to whoever remodeled the Cottage, from the cozy living room with fireplace, modern kitchen, updated bathrooms to comfortable beds, it was tastefully done.  We enjoyed that it was close to downtown with easy parking for a larger SUV.  Two corners and you are on Rouse which takes you all the way to Bridger Bowl.  We found everyone in Bozeman to be very friendly and helpful.  Looking forward to another ski trip next winter."
Brad,  March 2013

"The house is warm and comfortable. Very spacious with enough supplies for almost anything!  .....  We had a fantastic time. We have rented before out in the Paradise Valley but it was fun being close to town for the shoppers and the young adults. Sledding close by, skating in the park. Plus, it was beautiful staying inside and watching the snow outside!  It was perfect  :)"    Vicki, Thanksgiving 2010

Lucky Dog Lodge

                                  Family Reunion Headquarters

Manificent 3-story lodge with 6 bedrooms & 5 full bathrooms right along the West Gallatin River, just 10 minutes west of Bozeman.  Spacious & open main floor, bedrooms on the upper two floors, great fishing out the back door.  Hot tub, radiant heat, full kitchen, W/D, phone, wireless internet, new satellite TV w/ full stereo system, walking distance to Bozeman Hot Springs, Spa, and Gym.
Sleeps up to 16-20 depending on your group and priced accordingly.  Our River Bend Cabin is just two doors down if more space is needed for even larger groups.

The most common comment we receive about the Lodge is that its size is much larger than expected.  The photos on the next page try to capture the size and grandeur of the place, but nothing seems to adequately describe it or prepare our guests for the shock they experience the first time they set foot in the Lodge.  You just have to come and see for yourself.

"We had an amazing time. It was the first time we had been able to get everyone in one place at the same time, as the entire family is from all over the US and Canada. My parents said it was the highlight of their 50 years of marriage. My nephews and nieces enjoyed walking out the back door to fish and float. I enjoyed how close it was to everything so if anything was needed we could just go to town a minute and pick it up. The lodge is a beautiful building and you can see the love and passion the builder had to make it a peaceful, comfortable place to stay. It is definitely worth any price because there is a togetherness not found at a hotel."  Shirley, Bozeman Tree Service

"Some friends and I came up in early January for an outing filled with skiing and good times. The cabin was way better than the pictures show. If anyone is thinking about taking a trip to Montana or the Bozeman area, the Lucky Dog Lodge is the place to stay. Everything was awesome about it. The pricing was also exceptional. Hope you can have a good time there like I did!"     Eric Backson, Fargo, ND

"We rented Lucky Dog Lodge for a family reunion during the week of July 4th, and it turned out to be the best ever. The kids had a ball trying their hand at fishing, skipping stones or taking a (quick) dip in the Gallatin River out back. There was good horseback riding just down the road and lots of great hiking within an easy drive. Yellowstone National Park is just two hours away, and there is lots to do in Bozeman itself. The lodge itself is extraordinary -- tastefully decorated, spacious bedrooms, good bath facilities, the large and comfortable common room on the first floor, and a kitchen stocked with first-rate equipment. A good deal of time was spent just hanging out on the back porch or around the huge plank dining table inside. Our group would recommend Lucky Dog Lodge to anybody. It's an unbelievable value."     Tom, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan

"My family of four had a great time at this rental.  We always try to stay in local VRBO rentals when we travel instead of chain hotels, even if it's only for a few days.  This rental was easy to arrange and Paul was extremely professional, courteous and prompt in all of our communication.  The rental itself was perfect.  Very welcoming with an open floor plan, aesthetically pleasing space, clean, nice kitchen, interesting artwork, and a great location in Bozeman.  It was easily walkable to downtown Bozeman yet far enough away to be quiet at night when you wanted to sleep."  September 2012

"Deidre, about your house .... love the location, is close to main street but in a quiet area, and on the way to Bridger. it is very nice an cozy, warm and bright, great fireplace and kitchen, best hot shower and bathtub. We didn't spend much time in it, but had lovely wake ups and breakfasts !"

"Paul
We absolutely loved the River Bend house. I miss the sound of the Gallatin running by, seeing the deer down by the river in the morning, sipping a cold beer in the hot tub after skiing, and cooking out on the grill most nights! It was a wonderful haven for the kids to visit for dinners each night and let us grandparents cuddle with the baby while they ate dinner in peace! Thanks for making this place available and full of all the comforts. We'll be back!"  Sandy  Feb 2009

"Incredible place to stay!  The cottage is nicely furnished and the beds are very comfortable!  When in the cottage, you feel miles away from anything, but only a few miles away from anything you could possibly need.   Would highly recommend!"  June 2008

"Paul,
I can't begin to tell you how perfect the cabin was. I am so very sad to be home away from the river.
If you have any cancellations this summer, please let me know, I'll be there in a heartbeat!
Thanks again,
Terry"  May 2011

"We came from all over and arrived to a huge, well-laid-out place. It was easy to find everything that we needed. After getting over the size, we settled in and made good use of the games. Everyone was thrilled with the sports court and we spent quite a bit of time down there. It really was a great place and we'd love to come back again. This place has an awesome view!"   February 2009

"Spring Creek is the best!  Paul is great to work with.  We were very comfortable with 10 family members.  We loved having a family dinner picnic outdoors by the stream.  The broad porch, with an incredible view of the mountains, was a wonderful place for family get-togethers.  The grounds and flower garden were in beautiful condition and much enjoyed.  We loved being near both town and hiking trails.  The house had a charming kitchen filled with everything you could need, plus rooms filled with family games, latest audio and visual equipment and delightful collections of books.  The master bedroom and bath, with private access to the porch, was a special treat.
