PRICING SCHEDULE - Spring Creek House, Monthly

Rental rates range from $2400 and up depending upon group size, length of stay, and time of year. High season runs from MSU graduation in May through the week after Labor Day in September, and mid-December to mid-January. Two-month or longer sabbatical etc. rentals are further discounted. Rates are comparable or less than those for the similar-sized Lucky Dog Lodge and the Bridger Mountain Lodge, depending upon the length of your stay. There is no charge for infants under 18 months.

Rental contracts for this house are written for 30 day periods, according to Bozeman R-1 zoning regulations, which minimize impact on Bozeman's few R-1 neighborhoods by precluding frequent rentals.

Quotes are based on occupancy info provided and we realize that this may be an initial estimate. We will let you know what the charges will be for additional people should your group size change. Discounts may apply for reservations made less than 60 days in advance.

Restrictions: The house is not rented as a party venue, and can only be used for gatherings of 25 people or less (adults + children), including the group staying at the house. No RV parking, no pets.
