Rates are based according to number of people and length of stay.  Inquire for a quote, as well as discounted multi-month stays. In general, the house would rent for $2500 to 3500 for a one-week stay, discounted for shorter or longer occupancy and for off-season (not Christmas, Thanksgiving, or summer). A one-week occupancy for 4-6 people would in general be $1600, except during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, and summer high season.
